Useful Information
Here’s some basic need to know information – any additional questions please ask Glenn, Lisa, Alex or Emma, (or the lead person of your group).
Campervan Parking
We do have limited space for Campervans – ideally, we need these to be on-site Friday evening or Early Saturday Morning before the event starts. If you are intending to come in a CamperVan – please mention this in the NOTES section on the Checkout Page
Camping
We’ve got plenty of space to pitch a tent – facilities are pretty basic – i.e. Portaloos etc, But should be more than adequate for one night in the field. Please respect other campers – and Bring a torch!! If you are intending to Camp – please mention this in the NOTES section on the Checkout Page (i.e. Number of Tents & People Camping.)
Car Parking
Please make sure you park your car in the designated Car Paring Area. Try to park in an orderly fashion to enable us to get as many cars on site – if you are camping – Park Up first then take your Tent etc to the Camping Area. (See Map)
Facilities
We have Male and Female Toilets on site. Please be respectful to other users and leave them clean and tidy after use.
Food Vendors
You can bring your own food, but we will also have a Fish and Chip Van, Pizza Van, Ice-Cream Van and hopefully others to keep you well fed into the night.
Drinks
Please bring your own drinks. Avoid Glass Bottles and Glasses please – where possible bring Cans and Plastic drinking glasses.
Gazebos & Seating
Feel free to bring your own seating. Gazebos can be set up in the morning. These need to be around the perimeter, please be mindful of other people’s view of the stage.
Rubbish Bins
We love DoxeyWoodStock and our lovely little field. Please make sure you put all rubbish in the bins provided – and if possible take home what you can to recycle. Thanks x
